This policy explains how Fragen Network Private Limited ("Platterly", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on platterly.in and in Caterly by Platterly at catering.platterly.in. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. In short
- This marketing website (platterly.in) does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
- The Caterly by Platterly app uses only the cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in, to keep your account secure and to remember simple choices.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time. If you block the essential ones, you will not be able to sign in.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, do the same job. Some are needed for a website to work; others measure how it is used or show advertising.
3. What we use on this website
| What | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Local storage entry for a closed announcement | Remembers that you closed the bar at the top of the page, so it does not come back on every page | Until you clear your browser data |
Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so this website does not send your visit to a font or image provider. We do not run analytics on this website today. If we add privacy-respecting analytics later, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. What we use in Caterly by Platterly
| Cookie type | Purpose | Can you turn it off? |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Keeps you signed in as you move between pages. It is secure, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and expires | No. Without it you cannot use your account |
| Security | Helps protect your account from forged requests and misuse | No |
| Preferences | Remembers simple choices, such as whether the sidebar is open | Yes. The app still works, but forgets the choice |
5. Third parties
When you pay for a plan, you are taken to our payment provider, Razorpay, whose checkout may set its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud. We do not control those cookies; please read Razorpay's privacy policy. We do not use third-party advertising networks.
6. How to control cookies
Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies: look for "Cookies" or "Site data" in the privacy settings of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge. Blocking all cookies will stop sign-in from working. To clear the announcement choice, clear site data for platterly.in.
7. Changes
If we change how we use cookies, we will update this page and its date. A change that needs your consent will ask for it first.
