Caterly by Platterly is web software. We do not ship any physical goods, so there is nothing to be packed, couriered or collected. This page explains how the service is delivered to you.
1. What we deliver
Access to your Caterly by Platterly workspace at catering.platterly.in, in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install. We also send the emails that go with the service: verification codes, invoices, receipts and reminders.
2. How you get access
- Create your account on catering.platterly.in with your email address.
- Verify your email with the code we send you.
- Set up your kitchen. Your workspace is ready as soon as you finish, and your free 7-day trial starts. No card is needed.
Access is immediate. There is no waiting for delivery and no delivery charge.
3. When a paid plan starts
When you pay for a plan online, it starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, which is usually within a few minutes. We then email you a GST invoice for the payment. If your payment has been confirmed by your bank but your plan is not active after 30 minutes, write to us at [email protected] with your kitchen name and the payment reference, and we will fix it.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted. We may do maintenance, and we tell you in advance where we can. If an outage affects you for a long time, write to us and we will look at it fairly.
5. Support
Support is delivered by email and through the Contact us page. See Contact us for how to reach us and how quickly we usually reply.
6. If you cannot sign in or something is missing
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in page to reset your password with a one-time code sent to your email. If an email from us does not arrive, check your spam folder, then write to us.
